SOPHIA ANDREWS
Sophia Andrews is a Freshman at American University, majoring in International Studies in the Global Scholars program. She is the Founder of a 501c3 Nonprofit, Ngoma Kenya, which is based in Kenya. Through the nonprofit, Sophia works with her team members to bring the arts to Kenyan children. The organization’s goal is to equalize access to the arts, allowing young people to reach their full potential through self and cultural expression. As a policy intern at Delaware Center for Justice and intern for Congresswoman Blunt Rochester Sophia is a human rights advocate in the United States and Kenya. She is passionate about making a difference in her community and empowering her peers to unleash their inner changemaker.
